Do I need internet to sell?

Only to activate the till the first time. After that it keeps selling if the connection drops, and the DTEs go to Hacienda when it comes back.

Which documents can I issue?

Invoices, tax credit receipts, credit notes and voids from the till. The excluded subject invoice is issued from the web panel.

What computer do I need?

A PC with Windows 10 or 11 (64 bit), or Linux. A thermal printer is optional and can be 58 or 80 mm.

Can I run several branches?

Yes. Each branch and each till uses the codes you registered with Hacienda, and stock is kept per branch.

Can I sell on credit?

Yes. Record the sale on credit, take partial payments, and every payment prints its own receipt.

Can my cashiers do anything they want?

No. Each cashier signs in with a PIN and only sees the actions you assigned. Cash counts ask for a supervisor PIN.

Can I check on the business away from the shop?

Yes. The web panel works on your phone, so you can check sales and stock from wherever you are.
